How does the buyback work?+
While we sort, the crew flags anything with resale value, like power tools, bikes, patio sets, sporting goods, and decent furniture. You can take an instant credit off your invoice that day, or have us resell on consignment for a larger cut later. Either way, your clutter helps cover the job.
What can’t you take?+
We cannot haul hazardous materials such as paint, solvents, automotive fluids, or propane tanks. They are handled under separate rules. We will point you to the right local drop-off for those so the rest of the garage still gets cleared.
How long does it take?+
Most single and double garages are finished in one visit, anywhere from a few hours to most of a day depending on size and how packed the space is. We confirm timing when we quote.
Do I need to be home?+
It helps for sorting decisions and the buyback, since you make the keep-or-sell calls. If you cannot be there, we can work from a plan you leave us and check in by text.
How do I get a price?+
Send a few photos of the space when you request a quote. We give you a flat, all-in number before we start, with the buyback credit applied at the end.
